Stingray Select teams

Our Select Division has two teams per age group, ages 11-18.

Select teams are also highly competitive but are not ready to commit to the demanding practice and tournament schedule of the Travel teams. This level is perfect for the competitive athlete that may have a demanding academic curriculum. It is also appropriate for a multi-sport athlete that cannot devote the time required of a Travel level player.

Select level teams have practice twice a week with up to 3 hours of team practice as well as 1 hour of volleyball genome conditioning. This division travels no more than 5 hours to compete in tournaments.
