SVA Refund Policy

We try our best to be fair and understand unplanned circumstances when cancelling a registration to a program. Please be mindful, though, that putting a program together requires months of planning by SVA to hire coaches and staff for the event. Last minute cancellation not only gets in the way of our planning but it also takes away the opportunity from another athlete.

​CLUB VOLLEYBALL

Once a commitment letter is signed, no refunds will be given, unless for medically verifiable reasons. In addition, if a family decides not to fulfill their commitment to the team, all fees must be collected.

​CAMPS

Full Refund - Upon request to toriano@stingrayvba.com up to 3 weeks prior to the start date of the camp.
Refund Less 10% of program cost Admin Fee - Upon request to toriano@stingrayvba.com  up to 5 business days prior to the start date of the camp.
No Refund - Less than 5 business days prior to the start date of the camp.

​BEACH VOLLEYBALL

SKILLS CLINIC

Full Refund - Upon request to toriano@stingrayvba.com  up to 3 weeks prior to the start date of the clinic.

No Refund - Less than 5 business days prior to the start date of the clinic.

PRIVATE LESSONS

A full refund can be given upon request to toriano@stingrayvba.com up to one day prior to the lesson.
